Was Jesus nailed to the cross by the hands or by the wrists?

All my life I have seen and read that Jesus was affixed to the cross by piercing his hands with nails.  Nevertheless, in this later decade I have seen many pictures in which Jesus is depicted as being nailed to the cross through his wrists.  I have heard also some weird scholars backing this nonsense.  I am going to demonstrate this false with three different arguments:  a) anatomically, showing that the hand certainly can hold the weight of a person; b) anatomically and biblically, showing that they could not pierce Jesus’ wrists, because it would break one or more of his bones, and  c) biblically only, showing that the Bible says that it was Jesus’ hands that were pierced.
First argument. Those who say that Jesus was nailed through the wrists allege that a human body cannot be held to a cross by nailing its hands to it, because the flesh would give way, the hand would rip, and the person would fall.  This is a lie.
Those who say such a thing never have seen the dissection of a human body.  I have seen many times the hand being studied in cadavers, by  medical students.  During their first year they have to study anatomy.  At that time they have to dissect not only the hand but also the whole body.
The conjunctive tissue of the body of humans and animals is stronger than a rope. Tendons, transverse ligaments and aponeurosises are conjunctive tissues.  The hand is full of them, as you can see in pictures # 1 and # 2.

It is not possible that tendons of a person’s hands, transverse ligaments and aponeurosises, pierced by a nail, give way to let the weight of the body rip the hand, because conjunctive tissue is very strong.  This would only happen in a rotten body, not in a living man.  This wouldn’t happen even if the body of Christ was hung from only one hand, much less from both.  It is not true that Christ was pierced from the wrists.  This lie was introduced into Christianity by its enemies, especially by the Russellites.
You may think that your delicate hands would be ripped apart if they were hung.  What you need to remember is that Christ’s hands were carpenter hands.  Today, you can get an idea about how strong Christ hands were by looking at the hands of any 33 year old carpenter who has been in building houses since he was a teenager.
Second argument.  According to the Scripture, Jesus Christ is our Passover Lamb, who was going to be sacrificed.  That is why he was killed the very same day that the Passover lamb was to be killed.  Paul says so in I Co 5: 7.

“Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are
        unleavened. For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us”
( I Co 5: 7 )

In the ordinances of the Passover it is established that no bone must be broken in the lamb. It was a shadow of what was going to happen later with Jesus, to whom no bone was broken.  The Passover ordinances say as follows:

“In one house shall it be eaten; thou shalt not carry forth ought of the flesh
        abroad out of the house; neither shall ye break a bone thereof.”
( Ex 12: 46 )

“They shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break any bone of it:
        according to all the ordinances of the Passover they shall keep it.”
( Nm 9: 12 )

As we can see, the rite of the Passover forbade breaking any bone of the lamb. That is why the Roman soldiers did not break Jesus’ legs when they brought him down from the cross.  God would not let them do so.

“Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other
        which was crucified with him. But when they came to Jesus, and saw that
        he was dead already, they broke not his legs; but one of the soldiers with a
        spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water. And
        he that saw it bare record, and his record is true; and he knoweth that he saith
        true, that ye might believe. For these things were done, that the scripture
        should be fulfilled: A bone of him shall not be broken.”
( John 19: 32 – 36 )

If any bone of Jesus Christ could not be broken, then a nail could not have been driven through his wrists, because then for sure his wrist bones would be broken.  The wrist has eight bones: scaphoid, lunate, triquetrum, pisiform, trapezium, trapezoid, capitate and hamate. These bones are kept tightly together by ligaments, in such a way, that if you drive a nail through the wrist you have to pierce and break some of them.  Therefore, Jesus could not be nailed by the wrists, but by the palm of the hand.  The five metacarpal bones which constiture the palm of the hand, are separate from each other, and thus a nail can be driven between two of them without breaking any.  See picture # 3.  This means that the hand can be pierced by a nail without breaking a bone, but if the wrist is pierced by a nail, it necessarily will break one or more bones.  See picture # 4.

The section of the wrist of the former picture, is enlarged in the next picture so that you can see that it is impossible to drive a nail through the wrist without breaking a bone.

Third argument.  Above and beyond all these “anatomical” arguments are the biblical arguments.  In the Bible it says several times that Jesus was pierced at his hands and his feet.  It never ever mentions the wrists.  Why then are people trying to instill in us, by means of pictures and conferences, that Jesus was nailed at his wrists?  What are they up to?
Let us see what Jesus said when he showed himself to apostles.

“The other disciples therefore said unto him: We have seen the Lord. But
        he said unto them: Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put
        my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not
        believe. And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas
        with them; then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and
        said: Peace be unto you. Then saith he to Thomas: Reach hither thy finger,
        and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and
        be not faithless, but believing.”                                           ( John 20: 25-27 )

As we can see in this passage, Thomas knew that Jesus’ hands were pierced, not his wrists. He expected  a hole in his hands, not in his wrists. When Jesus came to them a second time, he showed Thomas his hands, not his wrists. It is evident that it was his hands that were pierced by the nails, not his wrists.  This same thing  can be noticed in other passages.  Let us see them.

“And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then
        were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.”
( John 20: 20 )

“And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled?; and why do thoughts arise
        in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself; handle me,
        and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when
        he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.”
( Luke 24: 38- 40 )

In these two passages we see that for the purpose of identifying himself Jesus showed them his hands and his feet, not his wrists and his feet.
If we go to the prophecies of the Old Testament we will also see that when foretelling what Jesus was going to go through, they talked about his hands, not about his wrists.

“For dogs have compassed me; the assembly of the wicked have inclosed
        me: they pierced my hands and my feet.”                             ( Psalms 22: 16 )

“And one shall say unto him: What are these wounds in thine hands? Then
        he shall answer:  Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.”
( Zech 13: 6 )

There is not the slightest doubt that Jesus was pierced through his hands and not through his wrists, like some weird scholars now want us to believe.
Nevertheless, I will not be surprised if one of these days some weird scholar declares that Jesus was nailed to the cross by his ankles, not by his feet.

There are now some questionable “scholars” that are trying to convince Christians that in ancient times, people never did make a difference between “hand” and “wrist”, in order to justify that Jesus was nailed by the wrist. This is false. In ancient times they made a difference between hand and wrist. Both, Latin and Greek have a word for wrist: in Latin, it was, “carpus”, and in Greek it was pronounced very similar but written ,“carpoz”. What these dubious scholars say is not true.

Pastor Jeremiah Steepek transformed himself into a homeless person and went to the 10,000 member church that he was to be introduced as the head pastor at that morning.

He walked around his soon to be church for 30 minutes while it was filling with people for service, only 3 people out of the 7-10,000 people said hello to him.

He asked people for change to buy food – no one in the church gave him change.

He went into the sanctuary to sit down in the front of the church and was asked by the ushers if he would please sit in the back.

He greeted people to be greeted back with stares and dirty looks, with people looking down on him and judging him.

As he sat in the back of the church, he listened to the church announcements and such.

When all that was done, the elders went up and were excited to introduce the new pastor of the church to the congregation.

“We would like to introduce to you Pastor Jeremiah Steepek.” The congregation looked around clapping with joy and anticipation.

The homeless man sitting in the back stood up and started walking down the aisle. The clapping stopped with all eyes on him.

He walked up the altar and took the microphone from the elders (who were in on this) and paused for a moment then he recited,

“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

‘The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

After he recited this, he looked towards the congregation and told them all what he had experienced that morning. Many began to cry and many heads were bowed in shame.

He then said, “Today I see a gathering of people, not a church of Jesus Christ. The world has enough people, but not enough disciples. When will YOU decide to become disciples?”

He then dismissed service until next week.

NASA finds message from God on Mars (Is this true?)

Is this real? I have no clue. I wonder why they did not print a picture of the tablets, obviously the Rover can and does take pictures. What would be their reason to release this if it is false? Anyone who has any idea’s or thoughts on this please share…thanks and Yah bless all.

NASA announced that its Curiosity Rover has found an unambiguous message from God written on tablets in a Martian cave.

According to an official press release two giant stone slabs the size of small elephants were located deep inside a cavern abutting Aeolis Mons, a large mountain.

Upon one tablet is a copy of the Ten Commandments and the text of John 3:16 written in 12 languages – including English, Spanish, Chinese, Basque and Hebrew. On the other tablet is a simple message in English reading “I am real.”

According to top scientists who have studied the discovery extensively, these findings may have definitively established Christianity as the one true religion.

“This is amazing,” says Syms Covington, an Australian researcher working for NASA’s Mars Exploration Program. “We went into the cave looking for water, and we found proof of God’s existence instead.

“I mean how else did those tablets get there? I can tell you one thing: there’s not a single atheist inside NASA’s control room now. What we saw was jaw-dropping.”

NASA’s Curiosity rover arrived on Mars in August of last year with a mission to explore the Martian climate and geology for signs for habitability.

Thus far the mission has been a success, with the discovery of an ancient seabed and chemicals needed for life suggesting that Mars was once suitable for life.

However the tablets, both of which are signed “Peace and Love – Yahweh,” represent the rover’s most significant find to date, and is perhaps the most important scientific event in history.

“When people find out about this, they will demand change in our society,” explains a political scientist at Georgetown University. “Democracy will have to give way to theocracy. We’re gonna have to build more churches and reintroduce prayer into schools. Abortion is defiantly going to be illegal within a few months.”

Despite its potential significance, Covington fears that the Earth-shattering discovery may not make the impact it should.

“Unfortunately, the mainstream media is so anti-Christian, they might not even pick up this story,” he explains. “But God is real. We have proof. And everyone deserves to hear the truth.”

Words which are to them naught but “colored marks written on a dead tree”. Not someone else’s “Miracles”, your own!

Your experience, your “proof” of being BORN ANEW and “suffering as The Messiah suffered”,  “for tribulation produces Patience, and Patience Experience, and Experience Hope, and Hope does not make one ashamed”!

And not some emotional vocal utterances without meaning which but offer proof that the flesh is still alive, or some lost and found item of personal worth, or the abundance of those things which you possess )-;

For “the abundant Life is of The Spirit and is not realized in that which a man possesses”!

Actually a man’s possessions, possess him )-;

Bear witness to The Miracle of forsaking all that you have, Yes! even your own life also. Not just in word, but indeed and Truth!

As for my experience, i can bear witness to The Miracle of receiving “a love of The Truth” prior to having any “knowledge” that such was bore witness of in what the pagan catholics and christians call their “bible”.

In a time of great turmoil, inward pain, and hopelessness, when the only answer seemed to be suicide, i cried unto the one whom, prior to that moment, i would only recognize as a “supreme being”.

“HELP, if there is a “god”, HELP”!

And in an instant i received a revelation:

Which first revealed the integrity of my natural father whom i believed never lied to me, and that revelation caused me to cry out verbally!

“GOD if you are a god then YOU’RE a “GOD of TRUTH”, for a lie never existed and never will!”

At that moment i committed my being unto this “GOD of Truth”, REALizing that i must abide in Truth, for it was clearly revealed that apart from Truth there is the nothingness that is in, and of the darkness!

For A LIE IS NOT!

And i can bear witness to The Miracle of “Our Father and GOD” leading me to HIS Son, my Brother and Master, The Messiah, He Whom i then sought and desired to follow on The Narrow Way, which IS The Way to The Truth of The Life!

And then The Messiah returned me unto The ONE i once knew only as “GOD”, yet then and now know and have REALized as “Our Father”!

And simply, “The Way” to “The Truth” of “The Life” is REALized when one’s heartfelt desire is that which The Messiah also desired above all else:

“Father, not my will, But THY Will Be Done”!

And once received, “a love of The Truth” will lead one to that which IS, and that which IS, IS OF THE LIGHT!

And The LIGHT reveals all things and IS Forever! And those who experience The Miracle that is receiving “a love of The Truth” begin to REALize that the WHOLE(not just a portion) world and especially it’s religion’s are but the product of The LIE, “imag”ination, deception, delusion,,, all that is unreal and of the darkness!

And those who receive “a love of The Truth” will experience, not just read about, The Truth that “the WHOLE world(not just a portion) is under the control of the evil one”, he who is “d”evil spirit, “the father of lies”, “the angel of light”, “the god of this world”…….

All who truly receive “a love of The Truth”, not just those “colored marks written on a dead tree and bound in fabrication”, will experience The Living Word and will be led into ALL TRUTH!

And TRUTH reveals evermore of how how “poor and needy” we truly are…….

For Our Father and GOD, HE IS ALIVE, and HE yet communes with HIS children, and HE IS still able to reveal all that is needful unto those who have REALized how truly “poor and needy” we are!

As The Messiah did, so we also REALize “i can do nothing of my own self”……. (John 5:19,30)

Some 12 years after experiencing The Miracle that is receiving “a love of The Truth” i began to search in earnest for what the “catholics and christians” called their “church”, and not just any church, but what i then referred too as “the true church”. In fact at one time “I(id,ego,self.pride)” was going to write a book entitled “In Search of The Church”.

However, experience revealed that the book already was already written and published, and the published Testimonies, in spite of their being biased and perverted, revealed the final chapter in my search.

“Behold The Kingdom of GOD(SPIRIT, FATHER, ALL IN ALL, Elohim) is within you”!

So it is that mankind’s “imag”ination is destroying Creation(air, water, land, vegetation, creatures)  and perverting that which is Spirit(Truth, Light, Life, Love, Peace, Grace, Faith,,,, ALL that is Truly GOOD!) )-;

And i can bear witness to The Miracles of healing, from toothaches, amoebic dysentery, pneumonia, and once when i was in great pain for days, and believed i was dying, i heard a Voice from on High clearly speak, “Rise Up and Walk”! And as i rose up from that bed of affliction i was healed!

Instantly!

No doctors, no medication!

Father Help!       and HE does…….

And i can bear witness to the healing of my conscience, which i had neglected, and rejected for so many years.

Only then could i commune with “Our Father(Creator) and GOD”!

The Messiah knew, and i now know, that Our Father(Creator), HE knows what is best for HIS  Creation!

“Our Father(Creator)” knows best indeed and Truth!

And i can bear witness to Miracles of Faith, for as the gun was pointed at my head, and i was asked, “are you afraid now?” i responded, “if GOD allows it, it will be”. Then the trigger was pulled, the bullet fired, and miraculously it missed! And as the one who pulled the trigger turned very pale and ran from the room, i simply stated, “i told you so.”

And today, as i look back? Well i most certainly needed such a Miracle so that i might bear witness unto the Miracle that is The Life today, The Life that is Forever!

And when one has naught but a backpack and the road ahead, it is a time when Faith is Alive and “patience can work her perfect work”. To experience little or no money in one’s pocket is to be “free, free indeed”, free to become like a little child who trusts that their Father will supply all that is truly needed.

And i can bear witness to forsaking all, a time when i had nothing, and only my hands to cover my nakedness! A time when i communed voice to voice with Peter, Paul, and John…….

Yes, i do read “The Testimonies” for they provide food for the soul indeed, and enlighten The Spirit within man as they bear witness unto The Faithful, all of whom had received “a love of The Truth”.

The Testimonies experienced, no longer are but “colored marks written on a dead tree”,

The Testimonies experienced ARE ALIVE!

And REALized!

Yet, because those held captive by the pagan “catholic and christian” religions have not received “a love of The Truth”, The Testimonies have been used and abused in the production of perverse theo’ry’logical doctrinal heresies that bind men in the chains of strong delusion )-;

Doctrines which are then used by world loving religions to ensnare and captivate souls! And the souls they possess but serve “time” in the prison that is this wicked, evil world ;-(

History has proven that multiplied billions have been killed and enslaved(in physical chains and the chains of strong delusion that is religion’s way) in the name of the god(s) of this, or that religion )-;

So it is the fruit of death and enslavement are bore of religion’s way,
Because life is but a pawn in the wicked game they play!

However, in spite of The LIE that is religion, when one receives “a love of The Truth”, all Truth and not just a self determined portion, it is then that The Testimonies allow one to “see” the “building” of their “Faith” as they evermore “experience The Messiah and The Power that raised Him from among the dead”!

And religion, ALL of which is of this world, can not destroy such Faith!

So it is The Faithful will not create a religion, for The Faithful are Family!

The Family of “Our Father and GOD”, “of WHOM the whole Family in Heaven and ON EARTH is named”…….(Eph 3:15)

And NEW “Jerusalem which is above IS !NOW! the mother of us all(sons of Our Father and GOD)!” (Gal 4:26)

So it is that the brethren of The Messiah choose to remain but “aliens and pilgrims while on the earth” for we have REALized that our “citizenship(Life) IS !NOW! in Heaven”, and that soon, and very soon, we will be taken Home, Home at last!

“The elect cry unto Our Father and GOD day and night” for we have REALized how truly “poor and needy we are”…….

So while breath is, HOPE IS! there be would be those who experience The Miracle that is receiving “a love of The Truth” for they will see “The Light” that is The Messiah and take heed unto The Call of The ONE and Only True GOD too:

Greek ‘Inoous or Iesoûs is also used to represent the name of Joshua son of Nun in the New Testament passages Acts 7:45 and Hebrews 4:8. (It was even used in the Septuagint to translate the name Hoshea in one of the three verses where this referred to Joshua the son of Nun—Deut. 32:44.)

Servant’s Comment:  You will notice the English Name Jesus is not derived from the Hebrew, not the ancient Hebrew (Paleo) and not form Modern Hebrew, and not from Aramaic language.  When our Savior was given His Name it was not a Greek name, and not a Latin name.  Our Savior came to His own (Mat 15:24), the house of Israel, it was not He but His Apostles, mainly Paul, that preached the Gospel to the Gentiles.  Our Savior did not even go to the Samaritans (Mat 15:25-28) as He objected to granting a request but later conceded.  From this encounter we can see it would be highly unreasonable to suggest our Savior possessed a Samaritan name, or a Gentile name.  He came as a Jew which the Gospels accounts make plain.  There is also examples of what He would be name in prophetic types found in the Hebrew Scriptures.  The Book of Joshua (old English transliteration of His Name) tell as story of the coming of our Savior to lead His people into the promised land, into the Kingdom of God.  Joshua of the OT a type of Messiah and his name was changed from Hosea to YaHshua (Joshua) pointing to the true deliver to come.  Again we find in the Book of Zechariah a man called YaHshua (Joshua), a priest being crowned as a King.  Read Chapter 3 and you will see this forerunner of our Savior is called the Branch which identifies our Savior.  These two examples are no mistake and we see His Name declaring His purpose and this Name, given Him at birth, was not Greek nor Latin.

During the second Temple period (beginning 538 BC – 70 AD), Yeshua first became a known form of the name Yehoshua. All occurrences of Yeshua in the Hebrew Bible are in I Chron. 24:11, II Chron. 31:15, Ezra, and Nehemiah where it is transliterated into English as Jeshua. Two of these men (Joshua the son of Nun and Joshua the High Priest) are mentioned in other books of the Hebrew Bible where they are instead called Yehoshua ^[21] (transliterated into English as Joshua).

Servants Comments: Here we see the origin of the corrupted name, Yeshua, replacing the original name YeHoshua.  This name is being pronounced as Yes – shoo – ah but when we find this very name in the Hebrew Dictionary (H3442) we find the pronunciation is presented as YaH-shoo-ua, or YaH-shoo-ah.  This, I believe is were the “transliterated” Name, YaHshua, comes from and as a transliteration is a pretty good pronunciation.  Some do prefer YaHoshua which is also closer to the real Name than Yeshua, as it is pronounced today, and most definitely better than the false Latin Name Iesus, or the English Jesus. If this business of “Transliteration” and “translation” is confusing please go to this link for a detailed explanation — Transliteration.

Contrary to what some seem to think, a “transliteration” does not have to appear as the original, but is to appear in the letters of the other language creating a similar sound to that of the original.  Once this understood the arguments against certain English forms can be ignored.  One thing that cannot be ignored and comes to light is that the names used by Christianity today and by the Jews are not “transliterations”, or are not even the name they claim to be.

YeHoshua and YeHushua are variations of the same name, as is YaHushua, or YaHshua.  The “a” vowel replacing the “e” vowel as a better choice today as the “e” of old used to be in the “long” form which has the sound of the “a” as in the word, Yawn, while the “e” of today is sounded out as in the word “Yes” which is not correct even though many scholars and others claim otherwise, insisting on saying Yes – shoo – ah instead of YaH-shoo-ah.  What makes this so important is in the Yeshua form and in the Greek and Latin, the “H” is dropped from the Holy Name of the God of Israel as well as from the birth Name of our Savior.

The earlier form Yehoshua did not disappear, however, and remained in use as well. In the post-exilic books, Joshua the son of Nun is called both Yeshua bin-Nun (Nehemiah 8:17) and Yehoshua (I Chronicles 7:27). The short form Yeshua was used for Jesus ben Sirach in Hebrew fragments of the Wisdom of Sirach. (Some concern remains over whether these fragments faithfully represent the original Hebrew text or are instead a later translation back into Hebrew.^[22]) The earlier form Yehoshua saw revived usage from the Hasmonean period onwards, although the name Yeshua is still found in letters from the time of the Bar Kokhba Revolt (132-135 AD).

In the context of the documentary entitled The Lost Tomb of Jesus, archeologist Amos Kloner stated that the name Yeshua was then a popular form of the name Yehoshua and was “one of the common names in the time of the Second Temple.”^[23] In discussing whether it was remarkable to find a tomb with the name of Jesus (the particular ossuary in question bears the inscription “Yehuda bar Yeshua”), he pointed out that the name had been found 71 times in burial caves from that time period.^[24]

Thus, both the full form Yehoshua and the abbreviated form Yeshua, were in use during the Gospel period – and in relation to the same person, as in the Hebrew Bible references to Yehoshua/Yeshua son of Nun, and Yehoshua/Yeshua the high priest in the days of Ezra.

Servant comment:  This article points out how the “original” name had never disappeared but was replaced by a “short” form.  The problem with this “short” form is that is sounds nothing like the Original so it fails as a “transliteration”.  At one time it must have satisfied those refusing to use the “full” Name of their God by the dropping of the “H” (the transliterated letter for the original Hebrew).  This was supposed to be pronounced as YeH-shoo-ah, as though the “H” remain but we know today this is form is now pronounced as Yes-shoo-ah. 

Seeing both forms, Yeshua, and YeHoshua used in Scripture should tell us the original, YeHoshua, is not lost and there is really no reason to be using the corrupted for, Yeshua, as the pronunciation has changed and is no longer a proper transliteration.  It finds its support in the fact it appears similar to the bogus name Jesus.  The Christians like this, and the Jews like it too but for different reasons.  The Jews, and I include the Messianic Jews in this, say Yeshua is a short form and is found in the Scriptures — forget the priests and the Scribes messed with it in translation of the Hebrew to the English — transliterating names incorrectly, on purpose.  The Christians are happy to acknowledge the corrupted name, Yeshua, because it looks so similar to the name they preach and teach in — forget the false name Jesus is really from the Greek and Latin.

Servant’s Parting Words:

Something to Think About — YeHoshua, YaHoshua, YeHushua, YaHushua, YaHshua, Yeshua, Iesous, Iesvs, Iesus, Jesus — Now Think, which are the transliterations of the Transliteration?  Of course, with the beginning of the replacement name, Yeshua, we see the change taking place and finally the complete replacement of His Name.

It is my hope this short article will assist you in coming to see clearly through the fog of biased opinion when it comes to uncovering our Savior’s Name, the Name He was given at birth, a Name by which we must all be saved (Acts 4:12; 2:21, Zech 13:9, Ps 79:6, Rom 10:13-14)  When you read those verses remember the names have been changed.  Think of it like this, if there were no other names and these names, we see in the KJV and others, are correct without any alternates then that would be the end of it, but that is not true, there are alternate choices and the topper is — the “alternates” are the originals.  Why settle for what they call a short form for the Original and why accept a form that never existed until around 400 years ago?  If we have the original, or a close transliteration, in todays language and lettering, then why not use the proven original transliterations as opposed to the corrupted or the replacement names? 

Another Coincidence — or — Too Many Coincidences

One final parting shot — type the Latin Name of the false name, IESUS, in your word processor and then do a spell check and see what you come up with.  I think you will find, ISIS as the alternate for this name, unless, of course, this bogus name has been added to your spell checker ealier, which is has in mine as I tired of it continuing to pop up for correcting so I reluctantly added it to my definitions.  In a virgin spell check, however, it will come up as a misspelling and suggest to correct it to ISIS.  Did you know the number for the Egyptian goddess is 666, something to do with snakes and her name the sound of a snake hissing.  This is all speculation and conjecture and offensive to some, I am sure, but still, all of these little coincidences — JESUS sounding like Hey Zues in Latin and Spanish languages, and when you take the vowels out of the name IESUS you have ISS which is pronounced ISIS and now some spell checkers advise changing Iesus to Isis.  How does all of this compare with the original transliterations?  It doesn’t as the English transliterations of the Original connect to and compare favorablly with the Original and actually point back to the God of all Creation, YH WH (YaHweh).  

Failure of the Scholars and Bible Teachers — an Example:

Without going into great detail and quoting mis applications of information by Biblical professional and others thinking they are using top of the line sources, I will give one simple, easy example of what is commonly found in Biblical studies and research. 

   “Vine’s Complete Expository Dictionary of the Old and New Testament Word”, by W. E. Vine, Merrill F. Unger, and William White, Jr. — a research work of monumental effort and like the Strong’s Concordance and Hebrew/Greek Dictionary is found in most serious bible students library.  We should, however, be aware that we are told as we approach the “end-days”, so called, “knowledge shall be increased”.  With this in mind we should then be ready and willing to correct knowledge from the past. 

   The following is a quote from this outstanding work, concerning the our Savior’s Name, or really the false name:

   Under, JESUS, page 333, “iesous (‘Inoovs, 2424) is a transliteration of the Heb. “Joshua,” meaning “Jehovah is salvations,” i.e., “is Savior” a common name among the jews Ex. 17:9, Luke 3:29 (RV) Col 4:11.  It was given to the Son of God in Incarnation as His personal name, in obedience to the command of an angel to Joseph, the husband of His Mother, Mary, shortly before He was born, Matt 1:21.”

   First:  Iesous is not a transliteration of Joshua, how can it be, it sounds nothing like it.  Remember the purpose of a “transliteration” is to repoduce a word or name from one language to another.  When a name is properly “transliterated’ is will have a like sound a similar or exact pronunciation as that of the original language from which is being transliterated.  Either the scholars of this work have forgotten what a “transliteration” is or they are truly blinded or they are doing this on purpose in an attempt to support the false name “Jesus”. 

   Second: The lagging scholarship is seen in the use of the name, JeHovah, which even the Jehovah’s Witnesses admit, in their extensive work, “Aid to Bible Understanding”, page 884-85, that the name Jeshovah is a latinized form and the YaHWeH is the more correct.  This only demonstrates this is now the accepted knoledge, that YaHWeH is the transliteration of the tetragrammaton YHWH — in other words, that is the way it is pronounce, as we now know.  Correcting Vine’s, “Jehova, is salvation” to YaHWeh is salvation, which is not really correct either as it should be, for His Name, YaH is Salvation, or YaH is Savior and this is seen in the correct transliteration of our Savior’s name, YaHshua. 

   Third:  It is admitted a Name was given Him, presented to Joseph, and to Mary too, and it was a name found commonly among the Jews (Jews like others, liked to name children after heros).  At that time the name JESUS, a Greek/Latin name was not in existence.  Get it?  The false name JESUS, as it is pronounced today did not exist until around 400 years ago.  So, what was the name given to our Savior, over 2 thousand years ago?  We see it in the KJV transliterated in the OT as “Joshua”, being mis pronounced because of the change in the “j” which used to be sounded out similar to the “Y” as in the word “Yawn”.  This Old English transliteration is nothing like the adopted name Jesus, or Iesus, or the Greek, Iesous.  When the angel presented the Holy Name of our Savior, a Name found among men (not in heaven) and a name by which we must all be saved the bogus name, Jesus, never existed but the name YaHshua did.  What Vine’s is saying is that “Jesus” is a transliteration of “YaHshua” and this cannot be and is proven from the fact they sound nothing alike making it a failed transliteration or it is simply a different name.

Yahshua’s Cleansing Reign’s thoughts:  I do not agree with everything stated in this article concerning the lost tribes and the identity of Israel. But I do agree with what they are saying about the name of Jesus. There is no way that name can be the true name of our Savior. I do believe He honors that name because like the identity of Israel we have been deceived and have lost the truth due to people who were ruled by dark forces hiding, misconstruing and removing truth from the translations of Scripture. I also believe that whatever version we TRY to use of His true name, be it Yahshua, Yahushua or Yahusha makes Him happy that we are TRYING to find and follow the truth rather than blindly following what has been taught to us over the years.

This IS war and your everyday life is your battlefield, your home is the fox hole, your prayers are the ultimate air support. We are brothers and sisters in arms. Psalm 2 in depth

LA Marzulli on his blog today broke down Psalm 2 and while it was interesting I actually saw more there than what he pointed out. He may have seen more as well and just decided to keep it short…but it made me want to expand on what he was pointing out. So lets begin:

1 Why do the nations rage? Why do the people waste their time with futile plans?  La points this out:  Here we see that the nations are raging and plotting what the most high God considers, a vain thing. Why? Because He knows that all of their plotting will amount to nothing. He knows this because He can see the future! I agree of course. But I also wish to add that this could also go deeper into our everyday lives. Why do the people waste their time making futile plans…vacations, entertainment, a night of drunkenness, studying in college for careers that you won’t be able to find jobs in and running up a debt you won’t be able to pay…and so forth. They need to spend their time learning about Yahuah and our Messiah, about His second coming and the snares of Satan in this day. All else in the Fathers site is vain and futile.

2 The kings of the earth prepare for battle; the rulers plot together against the LORD and against his anointed one. 3 “Let us break their chains,” they cry, “and free ourselves from this slavery.” LA says: The nations rage because they believe that they somehow can alter the rule of the Messiah, hence the reference to the Lord and his ANOINTED one. I believe that those who are mentioned here are deliberately casting their lot in with the Anti Christ, the Beast and the False Prophet. This passage refers to the gathering in the last days when the ANOINTED one, Jesus returns with the armies of heaven and defeats, Satan and the armies that he has gathered in Israel at the battle of Armegeddon. And I would add that the demons inhabiting so many today who are unsaved see Yah’s laws and ordinances as chains and slavery. This is not the human part of them seeing this but their eyes are blinded by the demons and Yah allows it because they have turned their backs on Him and will not even consider what His word says. The Laws and Ordinances of Yah places a hedge of protection around His creation and wards off the darkness and their works.

4 But the one who rules in heaven laughs. The Lord scoffs at them. LA says:  This is pretty straight forward in that all of the machinations of the enemy and those who follow his wickedness don’t amount to much in the eyes of the most High God. In other words, He is not threatened in the least by what I would consider Satan’s last stand. I agree completely:)

5 Then in anger he rebukes them, terrifying them with his fierce fury. LA says At some point the armies realize that the jig is up and they are about to get clobbered. In other words Satan has deceived them, it’s one of his attributes, that of deception, and the Kings of the earth come to a sobering conclusion that they have placed their allegiance on the wrong side! I agree that at the end they will eventually come to that conclusion but it will be too late. But I believe this line is speaking of the wrath that Yah is going to release to rain down upon the lawless…ALL of them. Whether they are rulers, or people who call themsleves Christians but are not or those who call themsleves Jews but are not….ALL of them will see and experience HIS wrath. This will be quite a surprise to the New Agers who are following their “ascended masters” and the “ishtar command” who are none other than demons…NOT aliens. These folks see Yah as a BIG bundle of fluffy, universal love! That is ALL that is real says the “course in miracles”. Well I think Yah is going to show them all just how REAL His wrath is.

6 For the LORD declares, “I have placed my chosen king on the throne in Jerusalem, my holy city. ” LA says:  I believe that this is direct reference to Jerusalem! The Holy Hill in Zion is where the temple mount exists today. Jerusalem has been called the apple of God’s eye, it is why the Messiah will return to Jerusalem, not New York or Paris! Hmmm, I amy have to part ways with LA on this to some degree. Yes, Yah is referencing Jerusalem…yet I don’t believe He is speaking of the earthly Jerusalem but rather the New Jerusalem which will descend from the heavenlies with Yahshua’s second coming. Exactly where on earth He will set down His Holy city is not clearly revealed. It maybe over the old Jerusalem…or it maybe in a completely new place…only the Father and Yahshua know that for sure right now:)

7 The king proclaims the LORD’s decree: “The LORD said to me, ‘You are my son. Today I have become your Father. LA says: Here we see a direct reference to the Messiah, Jesus. Again, I believe this goes deeper…I think Yah is saying this to all of His new family who have been “changed”…had their DNA restored to the original. Those who followed Yahshua and His Fathers laws and ordinances to the best of their ability, who repented and changed their walk, who communed with Yah and had a real relationship with Yahshua. These will be His family, to these He will say: Today I have become your Father.

8 Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your possession. 9 You will break them with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots.'”  LA says: We know from the book of Revelation that when He returns he will rule in Jerusalem for 1000 years. This is called the Millenium and I hold to the position that it is literal and that we will reign with him. Here’s a scenario to think about. We are told in Revelation that one-third of the earth, water, and air is destroyed, burned up, poisoned. I would pose to you that a good part of the 1000 years may be one big clean up operation, with you and me doing the cleaning! Another dynamic is that the curse between the animal kingdom and mankind will be lifted. How would you like a pet polar bear? I agree and I add that as in previous scriptures we see the “only ask” scenerio again. Nothing…and I mean NOTHING can be given to us without us asking for it! THIS is very important to remember because we tend to think and feel He knows what we need and will supply it. Yes He does and yes, He will…but NOT UNLESS YOU ASK. He will not tread on your free will. You want the gifts of the Holy Spirit…ask. You want to be closer to Him…ask. ASK and you shall recieve!

10 Now then, you kings, act wisely! Be warned, you rulers of the earth!11 Serve the LORD with reverent fear, and rejoice with trembling.12 Submit to God’s royal son, or he will become angry, and you will be destroyed in the midst of your pursuitsfor his anger can flare up in an instant. But what joy for all who find protection in him! LA says: At some point in our history this event will happen. He will come back and establish the long-awaited kingdom on earth. Human history will end and we will be in the presence of the King. As the closing line of the Psalm indicates, those of us who put our trust in Him are to be blessed! The question that is posed in Peter, where is the promise of His coming, will be answered dramatically as Jesus defeats the system of Satan with all of its misery, deception, lying and brokenness and wipes away every tear. This is our blessed hope! And ALL the people say: AMEN!
